Share a Read-Only Schedule Link
A share link lets anyone see the live schedule without an account, a seat, or a login. It's the easiest way to keep owners, architects, and subs looking at the current schedule instead of last month's PDF.
Create a link
Share & reports ▾ → Share link. The link is copied to your clipboard. Paste it into an email or text.
What guests see
The page shows your company logo and "Read-only · no login required", with two tabs:
- Gantt: the full schedule, read-only
- Lookahead: the three-week window
Guests can Print PDF (choosing paper, orientation, and fit-to-page or tile) or use Browser print. They can't edit anything, see comments, or see other projects.
The link always shows the current schedule. When you update, they see it immediately. Nothing needs re-sending.
How long links last
A share link works for 90 days, then stops. Create a new one when it expires.
Owner variance links (from Compare baseline → Copy owner share link) last 30 days. See Set a baseline.
Turning a link off early
There's no button to cancel a link before it expires. If a link went to the wrong person, email [email protected] and we'll revoke it.
