Critical path method in the browser. Interactive Gantt. Imports from the
files schedulers already use. Lookaheads, pull planning, baselines, and
owner share links — without turning into another PM suite.
Real CPM in the browser — total float, critical path, constraints, and
lag. Drag bars, resize durations, and draw Finish-to-Start links on the
chart. A labeled schedule ribbon groups File, Edit, Analysis, View, and
Share so the commands stay findable on busy jobs. WBS, activity codes,
calendars, and bulk edits stay in the same workspace.

Import, export & print
Schedulers live in .xer and .mpp files. Import Primavera P6 (.xer),
Microsoft Project XML (MSPDI), and Excel — then see exactly what was
accepted, dropped, or remapped in the import trust report. Export from
the File ribbon back to Excel, XER, PMXML, CSV, SVG, or a multi-page
Gantt print pack.

Lookaheads
A rolling short-interval window over the live schedule — critical and
near-critical work for the next few weeks, without leaving the project.
Built for weekly coordination, not a separate spreadsheet ritual.
Configurable lookahead window
Critical / near-critical counts
Float and percent complete on every row
Three-week lookahead over the live critical path.
Pull planning board
Digital sticky notes by day and trade — the pull-planning board your
field team already knows, tied back to schedule activities when you
want the link.
Week-of board with trade colors
Stick notes or pick existing activities
Promise commitments from the board
Pull board: stickies by day, trade, and commitment.
Weekly work plans & PPC
Last Planner–light weekly work plans: commit to activities, mark them
done, and track Percent Plan Complete. Schedule alerts surface finish
slips and critical-path movement beside the plan.

Gantt overview, baselines & print
Zoom out for the whole job. Capture baselines, compare as-built vs
as-planned, and keep variance visible on the chart. Schedule alerts
call out late finishes and critical-path slips before the weekly
meeting does. When you need paper, print a multi-page Gantt PDF from
the Export menu.

guests on a share link.
Read-only share links
Print PDF / SVG from the share view
Trade-scoped updates for subcontractors
Mobile-friendly field updates
Share view: read-only schedule with Print PDF for stakeholders.
