Working Together in Real Time

Several people can work in the same schedule at once. The schedule recalculates on the server after every change, so everyone works from the same critical path.

See who's here

The presence bar shows colored initials for everyone in the schedule and "N live". Hover over someone to see what they're editing. Their initials also appear on the activity rows they're looking at.

Editing the same activity

If someone else is in the activity you're editing, you'll see "(name) is also in (activity) right now — the latest save wins." Coordinate with them, or wait until they've moved on.

Someone else changed the schedule

You'll see "Schedule updated elsewhere… Reload to stay in sync." with a Reload button. Click it to pull in their changes before you keep editing.

Version conflict

"Your edit hit a version conflict — this schedule changed elsewhere. Reload to get the latest." means your edit was based on an older version and wasn't saved. Reload, check the activity, and make your change again.

Big changes

For large restructures, like resequencing a phase or leveling resources, work in a what-if scenario and promote it when you're done. Other people's edits won't collide with yours while you work.
