Plans, Pricing, and Seat Types
schedule.construction has one plan, billed monthly in US dollars: a company base fee plus the seats you need. Prices exclude applicable tax.
What it costs

A company with three PMs and two superintendents pays $50 + 3 × $10 + 2 × $5 = $90 per month, before tax.
Which role uses which seat
Seats map to the role each member has in your organization:

How seats are counted
Seats in use are your active members plus any pending invitations that haven't expired. Disabled members don't count. Revoking an unused invitation frees its seat.
You need at least one project manager seat (for the Owner). You can have zero superintendent seats.
Guests on share links are free
People who open a read-only share link don't need an account or a seat at all.

Changing seats
An Owner can add or remove seats at any time. Changes are prorated, normally on your next invoice. See Subscribe, change seats, and manage billing.
