Calendar file
Share & reports ▾ → Calendar .ics downloads milestones and critical activities as calendar events (critical ones are prefixed "[CP]"). Import it into Outlook or Google Calendar.
Which format for an owner?
Check the contract's schedule specification. Most public owners require native P6 (XER). Others accept a PDF plus the native file. When in doubt, send the XER and a PDF.
Programmatic access
To pull schedule data on a schedule, use the API. See API tokens and the customer API.
